The Studio Room prides ourselves on providing the best customer experience by offering high quality  highly fragranced candles, reed diffusers and giftware with a no-fuss guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will completely refund your order or offer you a replacement at no extra charge.

In the event that you wish to return or exchange your order, there are just three things you should know:

* You may return or exchange your order up to five days from the date you received your order*

* You are responsible for shipping the artwork back to The Studio Room and for the costs associated with that shipment. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. 

* If you decide to have your order exchanged, you will receive your new order within 30 days from the date on which we receive the returned order from you. 

*Refunds are not available on any candle holders (if applicable).
